Diagnosed with a wheat allergy at the age of 16, Nora spent years trying to live with the pain and discomfort experienced from eating foods with gluten. Until recently, there were not many gluten-free alternatives available and much of what you now can find in stores lacks flavor and is usually very dry.
Unwilling to give up great food and unable to handle the discomfort any longer, Nora developed her own blend of flour that can be used 1:1 in her favorite recipes.
